When most manufacturers take the simple and easy shortcut of Importing the product to fulfill general market demands, rather than taking the pain of developing a product, We at Pimit have been developing Indigenous efforts and Infrastructure to minimize the Import and maximize the use of locally produced raw material parts. This is evident from Our past history of Indigenized manufacturing skills. We did extensive research and spent a huge amount of time and resources on the development of the Ecosystem for the raw material part of the E-cycle.
We are proud to share that we have achieved an Indigenous component contribution of up to 80% in VERB E-Cycle “CREATION” manufactured by PIMIT at Gurugram. We are also in the process of setting up back ward integration facilities for some of the critical parts like BLDC, Controller, and frames
This has been possible in a short span of 1.5 years by sheer hard work and spending hours in R & D and discussion with local vendors to modify their existing parts to adapt for the E-cycle. We have helped the country to save Foreign Exchange, encourage local manufacturers,s and generate more employment in India together by helping customers to save by using E Cycle and Kill Pollution.
