These terms are a legally binding document between the user and Verb Electric (both terms defined below). These terms of use will be effective upon your acceptance of the same (directly or indirectly in electronic form or using an electronic record) and will govern the relationship between the user and Verb Electric for the use of the website (defined below). These Terms of sale are part of the Terms and conditions but placed separately for Benefit of buyers, these warranty terms must be read with the terms and conditions of the website.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
VERB PRODUCTS ARE COVERED UNDER 24 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE CUSTOMER or explicitly mentioned in the user handbook/ warranty card given with the product.
Warranty is subject to item be not damaged and not handled by an unauthorized service personnel.
No warranty on electrical items, cables & chargers.
The customer is advised to read the operating and service manual supplied with the product and follow the guidelines.
In case the customer does not follow the guidelines and misses routine advised service checks the warranty will not be applicable.
In case the EV is repaired, serviced, handled by any unauthorized person, or resold, the warranty will be ceased to exist.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL VERB BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, AND OTHER POLICY ASSOCIATED WITH IT.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS:
VERB shall comply with all the applicable laws, rules, and notifications as issued from time to time by appropriate authorities.
SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
WAIVER
The failure by VERB to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms or conditions of the Agreement shall not be a waiver by VERB of them or of the right any time after enforcing all Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These warranty terms must be read along with Terms conditions, privacy policy, and Disclaimer shall be construed and the legal relations between YOU and VERB hereto shall be determined and governed according to the laws of India and all disputes relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

Grievance Officer: In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules made thereunder, the Grievance Officer of VERB for this Agreement shall be Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain, with email address: info@verbelectric.com, and the address given below. VERB may change the aforesaid details from time to time under intimation to you.
